New Chart Riot 105: Meet Mickey Beans

NEWNEWCHART-filled

New Chart Riot is back after its one week sabbatical to the Holy Land (Dixons) as Ben Baker and Phil Catterall try to make sense of the world via charts, box office returns and anything in a list format. Today’s show looks at the lowest selling digital magazines in the UK and the movie career of one of our favourite reference points. And its not Richard Osman from TV “Boyz Unlimited”.

Download it here!

We also learn why children are losing out on discarded hedge pornography, what the farmers aren’t reading on their iPads, how Leonard Nimoy influenced Michael Parkinson‘s Ghostwatch, who is trapped in his own voice, what Phil recommends you don’t do when visiting in Holland, which former British Prime Minister is tops for caravans, why Ben‘s class unadvisedly tried to find a dead boy, which is the most popular – caravans or motor homes? – and why Jim Henson‘s death meant disaster for one of the stars of Police Academy. Yes that one.

There are a few swears in this so be warned if you’re planning to play this on the school run / church wrestle / grandma’s wake. And as usual you can download it directly above or via our new iTunes page which you can find here. Thanks to everyone who gave us a nice review / rating on iTunes – more are always appreciated though and help us find a bigger audience. Those poor lucky bastards…

Next week: the final episode of series one. And we’re allowed to bring in games…
